Preview and Pick-up Auction Address: 110 S Houston (in the Mystic Studio Building), Denison, Texas

Auction closing begins Thursday, September 19, STARTING AT 7pm. 

Preview is Thursday, September 19 from 1-3 pm. The descriptions are to the best of our knowledge and
our photographs are part of our descriptions. Please come to preview, to verify size, condition, and
authenticity. All items are sold as is, where is and we accept no returns or refunds.

Pick up is available Friday September 20 th by Appointment Only (Please text Traci at 817-907-0783) and
Saturday September 21 from 10am – 5pm.  We will try to have your items ready upon your arrival. If you
cannot pick up during the scheduled times, please arrange for someone else to pick up for you prior to
bidding. 

**CASH IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT, AND WE OFFER A 3% DISCOUNT FOR CASH.  WE
WILL ACCEPT CARDS IF NEEDED. ALL HAVE A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. WE DO
NOT OFFER SHIPPING AT THIS TIME**

Please remember to bring your packing materials and boxes. If you have large items, please bring help
to load. If you haven’t submitted your tax exemption previously, please bring your certificate.
