Preview: Thursday, 8/29/2024 @ 2pm - 4pm
Soft Auction Close: Thursday, 8/29/2024 @ 7pm
*Auction starts to close at 7pm at a rate of 4 items per minute. *Bidding is extended if an item receives a bid in the last 5 minutes until no other bids are placed.
Pick Up: Saturday, 8/31/2024 @ 10am – 4 pm & Sunday, 9/1//2024 @ 11am - 4 pm

**All items must be picked up within the window provided, if unable to pick up please contact me. **

Please make sure to bring help (ex: packing materials, dollies, extra hands, etc.) or anything you may need to assist pick up/move your items. 

Everything is SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS with no returns or refunds. You will be charged a 15% buyer’s premium (12% if paying with Cash) on your purchase. Taxes will also be added unless you bring your tax-exempt certificate for us to put on file.

Payment: Cash preferred or VENMO ONLY.
