Location for Preview/Pick Up is in Heritage Ranch Fairview, TX. Please note that all items MUST
be picked up on Pick Up Day unless arranged BEFORE close of auction. All items must be picked
up by the end of pick up day.  If you are unable to pay and/or pickup on scheduled pickup day,
please text Tara- 972.567.1118 PRIOR to Bidding and/or make proper arrangements or have
someone pay and pickup for you.
                    
*Cash and Venmo ($50 or more) are accepted payments. 15% Buyers Premium. With 3% Discount for
Cash Payment. Shipping is unavailable.

Please remember to bring your packing materials and boxes…just in case we run out. If you have large
items, please bring help to load. We DO NOT have anyone to help load heavy items.
