Mimi's Locker - Bonham, TX

Welcome to Mimi's Locker! It has been a while since our last auction, but we are back. We have lots of neat stuff in this sale, such as new, name brand clothing, antique and vintage items, coins, tools, furniture, and collectibles. There is something for everyone! Take a look!

Preview is Wednesday, April 10 from 2pm-4pm at 109 E. Airport Road in Bonham. The descriptions are to the best of our knowledge, but we are not infallible. Please come to our preview to verify items for yourself.

Sale closes WEDNESDAY, April 10 beginning at 7pm. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no returns or refunds.  This is CASH ONLY sale. No checks or cards accepted, and no shipping. You will automatically be charged a 12% buyer's premium on your purchase. Taxes will also be added unless you bring your tax-exempt certificate for us to put on file.       

Pickup is Thursday, April 11 from 10am-4pm & Saturday, April 13 from 10am-4pm at 109 E. Airport Road in Bonham. Please call Kay PRIOR TO BIDDING if you cannot pick up during the scheduled time or arrange for someone else to pick up for you. We are NOT a store (yet) and are NOT open each day. We can sometimes work with you on pickup days/times, but you MUST call to arrange it. Vince’s back is OUT! You must pack and load your own items. Bring boxes, paper, and HELP if you will need it.

• All invoices will include sales tax unless exempt.
• Payment methods include cash only!  No checks or cards accepted.
• Bidders who do not pay invoice by the end of pick up day are subject to losing bidder privileges.
• All Items are " AS IS, WHERE IS " with NO GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED!  It is the bidders responsibility to preview items to verify authenticity and  condition!!  ALL SALES ARE FINAL w/ NO RETURNS!!!
• All items must be picked up by the end of pick up day.  If you are unable to pay and/or pickup on scheduled pickup day, you need to call Kay 903-486-5828 or Vince 903-227-4069 PRIOR To Bidding and make proper arrangements or have someone pickup for you.
• Late fees are $5.00 per day for unpaid invoices.  We reserve the right to sell any items not paid for at the end of pickup day and do NOT guarantee items will still be available in the event of a late pickup.
• Any items paid for, but not picked up, will be held for 5 days only; After 5 days merchandise will be considered abandoned  and surrendered to the Auction House to dispose of as we see fit.  NO REFUNDS for items will be given!!!
