Welcome to Mimi's Locker! We are new to the auction house, so please be patient with us as we learn the ropes. We have some really nice furniture, antiques, jewelry, angels, a generator, and loads other of goodies.
Preview is Wednesday, July 12 from 10am-2pm at 109 E. Airport Road in Bonham. The descriptions are to the best of our knowledge, but we are not infallible. Please come to our preview to verify items for yourself.
Sale is Wednesday, July 12 beginning at 7pm. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no returns or refunds. This is CASH ONLY sale. No checks or cards accepted. We do not have shipping at this time. You will automatically be charged a 12% buyer's premium on your purchase. Taxes will also be added unless you bring your tax-exempt certificate for us to put on file.
Pickup is Thursday, July 13 from 10am - 6pm at 109 E. Airport Road in Bonham. Please call Kay PRIOR TO BIDDING if you cannot pick up during the scheduled time or arrange for someone else to pick up for you. Please bring help to load large or heavy items and bring your own packing materials.

- All items must be picked up by the end of pick up day. If you are unable to pay and/or pickup on scheduled pickup day, you need to call Kay 903-486-5828 or Vince 903-227-4069 PRIOR To Bidding and make proper arrangements or have someone pickup for you.
- Late fees are $5.00 per day for unpaid invoices. We reserve the right to sell any items not paid for at the end of pickup day and do NOT guarantee items will still be available in the event of a late pickup.
- Any items paid for, but not picked up, will be held for 5 days only; After 5 days merchandise will be considered abandoned and surrendered to the Auction House to dispose of as we see fit. NO REFUNDS for items will be given!!!
